The app that runs your lock

How does the TTLock app work, and can I control the lock remotely?

The app gives you full control over your smart lock from any location. From your phone you can lock and unlock the door, grant access rights and follow every event in real time.

How do I send access to guests (Airbnb, Booking.com)?

Straight from the app you generate a time-limited code or a digital key (eKey) and send it to the guest by SMS or a messaging app. The code stops working automatically when the booked period ends.

Can I see who entered and when?

Yes. The app keeps a detailed history of every lock and unlock. You can also switch on instant push notifications that reach your phone the moment someone opens the door.

How will I know the batteries are running low?

The app always shows the battery percentage and sends an automatic notification to your phone as soon as the level drops, so you can replace them in time.

Does the app work with other smart-home systems?

Yes. TTLock works with Google Home and Amazon Alexa, so the lock fits into your existing smart home and responds to voice control.
